Payments are processed according to our payment policy (full payment or 30% deposit). The final project will only be delivered after full payment has been completed.

🔹 4. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, and materials remain the property of the service provider until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client.

🔹 5. Revisions

Clients may request a limited number of revisions as agreed. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

🔹 6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before work begins. Once the project has started, the deposit is non-refundable.

🔹 7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our services or website.

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

📜 شروط الاستخدام

باستخدامك لهذا الموقع وخدماتنا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية:

🔹 1. الخدمات

نقدم خدمات تصميم وتطوير المواقع، بما في ذلك صفحات الهبوط (Landing Pages)، مواقع الشركات، وصفحات البيع.

🔹 2. الاستخدام المقبول

يجب استخدام الموقع بشكل قانوني وأخلاقي، ويُمنع استخدامه لأي نشاط غير قانوني أو ضار.

🔹 3. الدفع

يتم تقديم الخدمات وفق سياسة الدفع المحددة (الدفع الكامل أو عربون 30%). لن يتم تسليم المشروع النهائي إلا بعد إتمام الدفع الكامل.

🔹 4. الملكية الفكرية

جميع التصاميم والأكواد تظل ملكًا لنا حتى يتم الدفع الكامل، وبعدها تنتقل الملكية إلى العميل.

🔹 5. التعديلات

يحق للعميل طلب تعديلات محدودة حسب الاتفاق، وأي تعديلات إضافية قد تتطلب رسومًا إضافية.

🔹 6. إلغاء الخدمة

يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل بدء العمل، أما بعد البدء فلا يمكن استرجاع العربون.

🔹 7. إخلاء المسؤولية

نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي خسائر ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو الخدمات.

🔹 8. التعديلات على الشروط

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وسيتم نشر التحديثات على هذه الصفحة.
